Dirigo Custom Structures was formed in 2005. Although the company is new, the people who are involved have many years of experience, over 30 to be exact. We are a construction company with hands on experience in all facets of new construction and renovation.
Whether it is a new site-built, premium modular home, or any renovation project we have the experience to complete your project in a timely fashion at a competitive price.
Most home builders rely on one form of construction, thereby limiting their offerings to the consumer. Regardless of what your situation may be we look at each project on a case by case basis. Modular construction is very cost effective and offers many choices; however in some cases it may not be the answer. Site built or (stick built) offers almost endless choices, however is less predictable in regard to pricing and weather delays. They each offer benefits and carry liabilities. We believe in exploring all avenues before making a recommendation.
We also have extensive renovation capabilities. Whether it be a complete ground up restoration or just a new deck, roof, or addition we have the right crew for your project.
Our experiences range from a bathroom remodel to construction of a motel. No job is too small. We try and make ourselves available to everyone. We have longstanding ties in the Midcoast Maine area and are proud to provide its residents with quality products and service at a competitive price.
